Back in VA…HOLLA!
We did some serious climbing yesterday over 5 mountain passes and now we are back in my old home state of Virginia!!!

I barely have an internet connection with which to craft this quick post. Right now we’re stopped at a gas station drinking coffee and eating peanuts.

I was worried about water yesterday and an old timer told me, “Don’t worry. there’s plenty a hollers in these mountains and you can just drink right out of em. I been drinkin straight out of ‘em all my life.” We camped next to one of those “hollers” last night towards the top of a mountain. I dubbed it the best camp site of the entire trip.

I miss Virginia. Say hello to Richmond for me. Also happy for the regular updates. Is there a new CGOB entry in the works?
hi andy. yes there will be another cgoab for this trip!
I think you two are truly outstanding people. Greeting from Scotland and more power to your pedals. I’ve loved reading your journals here and on CGOAB. Take good care and keep having fun.
