Farmsitting
Haley, Scott and Kepler are on vacation in Massachusetts for 2 whole weeks. This means we have the whole farm to range freely running naked through the fields… J/K!!! What it really mean is we’ll be out in the heat bustin’ ass tending to the farm. We are also preparing to take that canoe trip and be ready to hit the road again in September.
Last week I rode up to Jacksonville alone to work on my pa’s website. I saw this slightly disturbing advertisement at a gas station in the boonies on the way back:
Huge thunderstorms have been visiting us everyday. Last night’s storm was especially large and the frogs rejoiced with a frog opera when it was all over. Lar and I got the headlamp and were spectators of the frog performance. Here’s one singing its little amphibian heart out:
